By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to this Payment and Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making any payments.

1. Payment Terms

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis with the following payment terms:

  1. Subscription fees are charged according to the pricing plan selected by the User.
  2. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Payment must be made in full before access to the Service is granted.
  4. We accept payments through various methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other electronic payment systems as available on our platform.
  5. For recurring subscriptions, the payment will be automatically charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  6. All subscription fees are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the subscription fee.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans with different features, limitations, and pricing. The specifics of each plan, including price, features, and duration, are described on our website.

  1. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described for that plan.
  2. The subscription period begins on the date of payment and activation of the Service.
  3. Message and device limits mentioned in each plan are strict limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service interruption.

3. Free Trial (If Applicable)

We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. The following conditions apply to free trials:

  1. Free trial periods are available only to new users who have not previously used our Service.
  2. We may require you to provide payment details to start a free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  3. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
  4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time without prior notice.
  5. During the free trial, certain features or functionalities of the Service may be limited.

4. Billing and Invoices

  1. Upon successful payment, an electronic invoice will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your account.
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment and contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. If a payment fails for any reason, we will attempt to process the payment again and may contact you with instructions to resolve the issue.
  4. If payment failures persist, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all payments made for our Service. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All payments for subscriptions or any other fees associated with the Service are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
  3. No refunds will be provided if you are dissatisfied with the Service or any of its features.
  4. No refunds will be provided for technical issues, including but not limited to:
    • WhatsApp number bans or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
    • Server downtime or service interruptions
    • Changes to WhatsApp's API, terms, or functionality that affect our Service
    • Compatibility issues with your devices or systems
    • Internet connectivity problems
    • Data loss
    • Any other technical failures not directly attributable to gross negligence on our part
  5. No refunds will be provided if you violate our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations, even if such violation results in termination of your account.
  6. No refunds will be provided if your account is suspended or terminated due to:
    • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Abuse of the Service
    • Use of the Service for illegal purposes

The rationale for our no-refund policy: Our Service provides immediate access to WhatsApp API functionality, and the value is delivered as soon as access is granted. Given the nature of digital services and the impossibility of "returning" digital products, we cannot offer refunds.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for charges that you have authorized is strictly prohibited. By using our Service, you agree that:

  1. You will not file a chargeback or dispute a legitimate charge for services rendered.
  2. If you have concerns about a charge, you will contact our customer support team first to resolve the issue.
  3. If you initiate an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, your account may be suspended or terminated, and you may be subject to additional fees to cover the administrative costs of responding to the dispute.
  4. If a chargeback or payment dispute results in a payment reversal, your access to the Service will be immediately suspended.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your account and follow the cancellation process, or contact our customer support team.
  3. Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before the end of the billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
  4. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  5. Once your subscription period ends, all data associated with your account may be deleted from our systems.
  6. As per our no-refund policy, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

8. Service Modification or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a significant modification or complete discontinuation of the Service:

  1. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
  2. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
  3. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of subscription fees if the Service is modified or discontinued.

9. Payment Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect payment information:

  1. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
  2. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors who maintain PCI DSS compliance.
  3. While we take reasonable steps to secure your payment information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
  4. You acknowledge that you provide your payment information at your own risk.

10. Price Changes

  1. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time.
  2. If we change the subscription fee, we will notify current subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
  3. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle after the notice period.
  4. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

11. Failed Payments

If a payment fails for any reason:

  1. We will attempt to process the payment again within the next 3-5 business days.
  2. If the payment continues to fail, your access to the Service may be suspended until payment is received.
  3. You will be notified of payment failures via the email address associated with your account.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method information is current and valid.
  5. If a payment failure results in a lapse of service, we are not responsible for any consequences or losses that may result from the interruption.

12. Taxes

Responsibility for taxes:

  1. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
  2. You are responsible for paying all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by tax authorities on the purchase of our Service.
  3. If applicable, taxes will be added to your invoice at the time of payment.
  4. For international customers, you are responsible for any cross-border taxes, duties, or fees.

13. Errors in Billing

In the rare case of a billing error:

  1. If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact our customer support immediately.
  2. You must notify us of any billing discrepancies within 7 days of the charge date.
  3. If we determine that an error has occurred, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit to your account for future use or take other appropriate action.
  4. We are not obligated to provide cash refunds for billing errors.
